Just some headcanons I have for the Batter.

Random Headcanons

• Ambidextrous.
• Has atrocious sleeping habits. He usually slept when the Puppeteer wasn't controlling him so it never was consistent. And naturally if they completed the game in one go the Batter doesn't sleep at all. This hasn't changed in LifeAftr so he's going to wind up with bags under his eyes sooner or later.
• Because of the above, the Batter has developed the ability to sleep wherever and on whatever. Currently sleeping on the ground where he lives in LA. He's not picky. Got two beds because Zacharie doesn't want to live in a hobo shack.
• The Batter has very little memory of the time before the world started to decay. They started to disappear around the same time - although if it has to due with Hugo's declining health or the Batter deliberately repressing those memories is up in the air.
• He did love the Queen dearly, but it's also a subject he will never bring up himself. His thoughts on Hugo are an entirely different matter and he'll call the child his creator first before anything else - although if the Batter views Hugo in a truly positive or negative light is unknown.
• Has a fondness for jazz and swing music.
• Can't dance worth shit though.
• When he's alone and has nothing to do, the Batter meditates when he can't/won't sleep.
• His eyes being red aren't symbolic of anything - Hugo just thought it was cool. The four-eyes thing is totally on the Batter however.
