| A man who is caught between the deluge myth and a child's toy. A monster who went on a quest to purify the world with the Puppeteer's help. The Batter journeyed across each Zone that made up his world and with his own hands, purified them into nothingness. One by one the Guardians fell before him until the Batter returned home. Put the Queen and his own creator to sleep. And flipped the switch OFF, ending the world and returning to his coma. Yet he was woken once again and brought to the islands of Lifeaftr for an unknown purpose, like many others. Although the temporary purpose of simply surviving in the wildlife is a given, the reason for his arrival is still unknown and all that is available is to get to know the new inhabitants of the island. But for the Batter, who is stoic to the point of almost being emotionless and having difficultly connecting to what he can feel, it may be more difficult than one might think. But he's going to try. |
